Description
The standig individually holiday home is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and secluded hillside location. For use are available: sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Covered bath barrel for relaxation with water temperature 36 degrees. The warming of the water by heating wood offers a special charm. The price of EUR 50 includes the use of the bathing barrel, cleaning, 1x filling with water, bathrobes and bath towels as well as unlimited use of heating wood. The bath barrel is suitable for 2-4 persons. In the vicinity of the vineyard hut (about 3 km away) the owner has his own beehive (suitable for apitherapy). Sightseeing is possible by prior arrangement with the owner.

Novo Mesto, 315 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Vineyard Cottages or Zidanice are small charming houses built in the vineyards on picturesque hills in Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the old days vineyard master used Zidanica as a place to sleep when working in the vineyards, to store wine and to host his closest friends. Vineyard Cottage is located on quiet and peaceful vineyard hill Trška Gora, above Novo mesto the capital of Dolenjska region. Cottage is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages with a marvellous view on surrounding hills and Krka river valley. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.

The water barrel with 1500 liters volume, where you can warm up the water even more, was really awesome. The wine cellar in the house was impressive. Just imagine, you're sitting in a barrel of well-tempered water and drinking a good bottle of sparkling wine with your partner, with good music. It is not better.
