The detached holiday home, built in 2015, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny and secluded hillside location. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Otočec, 455 m ASL. The holiday home is located on an open garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Vineyard Cottages or “Zidanice” in Slovenia are small, charming houses built in the vineyards on the picturesque hills of the Dolenjska and Bela Krajina regions. In the past, Zidanice served as wine storage where the vineyard master could receive his closest friends. The holiday home is situated on a quiet and peaceful vineyard above Otočec. It is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and the Krka river valley. Access is via a side road (gravel or crushed stone). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Fishing in the River Krka 4 km. In winter: Ski lift 23 km in Črmošnjice. (SC Gače). Ski hire, cross-country trail each 23 km in Gače. Ice skating in Novo mesto 6 km. Ski school in SD Krka Rog 23 km.

1st floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 double beds.
