The detached holiday home is rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and campfire area.

Srednje Grčevje, 455 m above sea level. The holiday house is located on an enclosed garden plot with a lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Vineyard Cottage Janko & Metka is located on a quiet and peaceful vineyard hill above Otočec. The cottage is surrounded by vineyards and other vineyard cottages with a marvellous view of the surrounding hills and Krka river valley. Access is via a side road (unpaved). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.
