Description
The holiday flat was renovated in 2017 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located on a farm, in the village centre. The residence is popular also because of its quiet location. Available for use: sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit and barbecue facilities. We live on the farm with our adult children and their families. Guinea pigs, dwarf rabbits and runner ducks also feel very much at home with us.

Kreischa, district of Sobrigau, 227 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on a farm, on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. Perfect for families with small and older children. Suitable for allergy sufferers, seniors and also for people with disabilities. Ground-level, step-free access. Parking right outside the door on the enclosed property. Lovely view from the garden of Saxon Switzerland. In the garden there is a sunbathing lawn and the option to barbecue is available here as well. We have a small children’s playground with a sandpit. On the city limits of Dresden, only 8 km from the city centre of the cultural and state capital. Saxon Switzerland and the Ore Mountains are very close by and can be reached quickly and easily. Access is directly from the main road. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Living/bedroom (19 sq m) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, radio, stereo system, DVD player and CD player. Bedroom (12 sq m) with 1 double bed and the bedroom offers the possibility to set up a travel cot. Kitchen (12 sq m) with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and dining table for 4 people. Hallway (10 sq m) with shoe rack and wardrobe. Bathroom (10 sq m) with bathtub with shower fitting, washing machine, tumble dryer, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
