The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny location at the water. For use are available: sun lounger and children's playground. Solar showers. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 sink and WC.
