The holiday home with a balcony is located in a very quiet area, perfect for the most beautiful days of the year.
On the ground floor is the modernly furnished, spacious living/dining area with a bookshelf. The separate L-shaped kitchen and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, induction cooktop, as well as a large fridge/freezer.
On the upper floor, separate from the living area, are 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with double bed and built-in wardrobe, 1 bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe, and dresser. The children's room is equipped with a bunk bed, wardrobe, and dresser. Furthermore, the brightly lit bathroom with shower and many storage options is located here.
On the terrace, high back chairs for adjusting, large table, sun umbrella, sun loungers, outdoor shower, and outdoor grill are available for relaxing. It is lovingly planted with oleanders, Photinia, and an olive tree. A private car parking space is directly behind the house.
For relaxation, there are TV/radio via satellite system and books available.

Narbonne-Plage is a quiet, family friendly holiday resort, right on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Europe. On average, more than 300 days a year the sun. The swimming season is from April to October.
