The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The property is popular due to its view of the sea and its quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use: washing machine with the landlord, on request.

Rab. The holiday apartment is located on a 250 sqm enclosed property with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday Apartment RAB BAN 025 (3 persons) is located in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

The modern, well-equipped aparment has a stunning view on the harbour and the old town. Franco is a very caring and helpful landlord who lives on the ground floor with his family.
The accommodation is situated on top of a 'hill' somewhere between the lovely, sandy beach and the charming, old town.
The beach is reachable within 3-4 minutes and the town is approximately 10 minutes walking distance.
