Description
The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for use: washing machine with the landlord, on request.

Rab. The holiday apartment is located on a 250 sqm closed plot with a lawn, flowers, and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday Apartment RAB BAN 026 (4 people) is located in the same house. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

Kitchenette in the living kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.

A few minutes walk to the beach, and shop too. Beautiful panoramic view from the balcony to the harbour. The house is modern, clean, tidy, parking for 3-4 cars. For children in the yard Mini play house, turtles, cats... The host and his family are very nice. I can only recommend!
