The domicile is popular also because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. Kitchenette in the living room with dining area (6 places), electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (30 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, access to the terrace and air conditioning. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Attic: Bedroom with 1 double bed, TV, access to the balcony and air conditioning. Living room with 1 extra bed on couch/sofa, TV, DVD player, CD player, dining area and access to the balcony access to the terrace (covered, garden furniture, sunshade).

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
