Description
The house has three spacious, air-conditioned holiday flats, each with about 90m² living space. These are distributed over the ground floor, the 1st and the 2nd floor.
All 3 flats are almost identical and have 3 bedrooms each (2x double beds, 1x with two single beds). The master bedroom has its own bathroom with shower/WC. The other two bedrooms share another bathroom/WC.
Combined living and dining room with well-equipped kitchen and washing machine. The two upper flats with small, inviting balcony. The ground floor flat has a small terrace with outdoor seating area facing the street, as well as a private small courtyard (approx. 3x5m) at the back, where you can also sit and retreat.

Location and surroundings of object
Xlendi, in the south of the island, on the impressive bay of the same name, is certainly one of the most popular excursion destinations on Gozo. The deep bay in the south of the island is particularly picturesque and invites you to swim, snorkel and dive along the rocks with its green-blue water. Access ladders lead down into the crystal-clear water. Small beach right next to the bay for children.
The bay of Xlendi can be reached on foot from the flats in "one minute". Various excellent restaurants are located directly on the promenade overlooking the bay. Shops and shopping facilities are also close by.
Attention diving enthusiasts: "Divers Cove" in Xlendi has an excellent reputation
Some of the best viewpoints can be reached via the steps on the right-hand side of the cliff.
About 3.5 kilometres to the main town of Victoria (direct bus connection).

Molto accogliente
We stayed in this apartment with 6 people (2 families with one child each) and we had a great time. The 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are really what you need to have your own space and privacy. The house is well equipped with everything and is in a central location in the beautiful bay of Xlendi. The sea, various shops, and restaurants are all within walking distance, and we always found parking space for the car (we stayed for the first 10 days of June). Even to visit the island, we found everything to be close. What can I say, a beautiful experience in a wonderful place!!!
