Description
The standig individually holiday home, built in 1472 and renovated in 2015 is rustic and in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet, sunny and secluded location at the edge of the woods. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandpit, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and dog house. a real antique pizza oven, tepee for the kids. On request, we can also organize rental bicycles in all equipment variants.
Location
Urbino, 500 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 27000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Ca Piero is a medieval borgo (hamlet) that consists of two small houses and two larger units. IMPORTANT: You always rent the Borgo exclusively. Ie. only you alone Ca Piero is available. A small part of the large park-like property is fenced, so that your dog can bring. The Borgo Ca Piero lies alone on the top of a hill. Thus, you have a wonderful panoramic view of the landscape of the Marche, Umbria, Tuscany and the Adriatic coast. The access goes via a field or forest path (rubble or gravel, length 300 m). In winter there are snow chains recommended. Parking lot on the property and a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m). Air conditioning / heating: central heating (gas). The dining room has an open fireplace. In the living room and the kitchen there is a wood burning stove available.
