The holiday flat is located in a house built in 1936, was renovated in 2026 and is furnished to a luxurious standard. The property is situated in a residential area. The residence is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and its quiet, sunny location on the edge of the forest. For exclusive use are available: parasol, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture. Sauna, wood-burning stove, 7 car parking spaces in the courtyard, Type 2 charging station for electric cars, free charging of e-bike batteries by the host, large pavilion, 2 kitchen areas with 2 dishwashers, free Wi-Fi, laundry service as well as breakfast and bread roll service on request.

Kamp-Bornhofen, 125 m AMSL. The holiday flat is located on a 1,250 sqm garden property with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The number of bedrooms included in the overnight price depends on the number of guests booked. Additional bedrooms not automatically provided for this occupancy can be made available on request for a one-off €40 per bedroom per stay. Quiet location in a cul-de-sac, around 60 m above the Rhine with views into the Rhine Valley. Two access paths to the Rheinsteig start directly at the house. Centrally located between Koblenz, Boppard, Rüdesheim and the Loreley – ideal for hikes, castle visits, boat trips and excursions in the Upper Middle Rhine Valley UNESCO World Heritage Site. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 7 cars) on the property. There is a charging station for electric cars on the property. Further free parking is available in the village.

For the little ones there are playgrounds, indoor play areas, zoos and theme parks.
