Description
The holiday apartment is furnished in the typical local style. The residence is also popular due to the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities.
Location
Starigrad (Senj). The holiday flat is located on a 200 sqm enclosed plot with flowers and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Holiday flat KVA VEL 059 (2 people) is in the same house. The house is situated in a small bay at the foot of the Velebit Mountains. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Shopping 10 km, restaurant 15 km, town centre 100 m. Disco in Senj 25 km. Mobile shop with bread and baked goods comes every morning. Three times a week, fruit and vegetables and frozen food twice a week. To the ferry port Stinica for Rab - 15 km. Post and market in Sv. Juraj. Pharmacy, bank, post office, various shops, supermarkets and a petrol station in Senj - 30 km. Airport on Krk - 90 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 5 m in Starigrad (beach 5 m in Starigrad with pebbles, stones, rocks and bathing plateaus).

The entrance to your holiday apartment is on the 1st floor and leads via an external staircase directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Dining room with TV, radio, CD player, dining area (4 seats), access to the loggia and sea view. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the loggia (5 sqm). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with electric stove (4 plates), oven, refrigerator (freezer compartment), coffee machine, electric kettle, and access to the terrace. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, toilet, and window.

We were satisfied. The site is suitable for a quiet holiday. The nearest town is 9-12 km. The owner was worried.
