Description

The detached holiday home, built in 2004, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Cesarica, 20 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in the house only occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (paved, length 50 m). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. High chair, internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and washing machine. Television reception is via satellite.
