The standig individually holiday home, built in 2004 is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: sunbathing area, sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Cesarica, 20 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm, closed garden plot with flowers and bushes, limited by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted, length 50 m). Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.
