The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. In a quiet area in the western part of the city of Rijeka and the famous Opatija Riviera. View of the bay with a private garden and terrace that is ideal for barbecues, relaxation and entertainment. Nearby are the Olympic swimming pool, tennis courts, football stadium and the fitness centre. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a pharmacy, a bakery, a café bar and a restaurant. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) on the street in front of the house and a parking space in the town (distance 40 m).
