The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court. Parking lot (for 1 car) in the carport and on the street in front of the house. There is an additional free parking in front of the house on the street
