The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over a panorama from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Novi Vinodolski, district Povile. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Outdoor pool (4 m x 3 m, depth 1,35 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the beginning of October.

This was great apartment walking g distance to several beaches. The pool was amazing. We enjoyed everything g about this place and would recommend it to anybody.
