The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house, built in 1996, renovated in 2013 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a busy environment, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the sunny hillside location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, terrace, garden furniture and court. bicycle storage in a closed garage.

Novi Vinodolski, district Bribirska obala, 22 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 450 sqm, closed plot with meadow and flowers, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Holiday Flats KVA NOV 242 (3 people), KVA NOV 245 (3 people), KVA NOV 246 (6 persons) and KVA NOV 247 (2 persons) are in the same house. Access to the land from two levels and two entrances. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with electric stove (ceramic hob, 4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC and hairdryer.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, safe, electricity, water, bed linen, pool, sunloungers, Wireless Internet access, hand towels (change every 3 days).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): final cleaning obligatory 25 € per object per stay. local tax.
