The standig individually holiday home is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location at the edge of the woods. For exclusive use are available: parasol, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Children's playground with swings and sandpbox at the landlord for common use.

Ledenice. The holiday home is located on a closed plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday apartment KVA November 167 (4 persons) is located opposite the house. The house has a very nice view to the mountains. Suitable for nature lovers. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: cot and internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 7 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of June to the beginning of October.

Landlords were very nice and always attainable, vacation apartment is located well outside the city, approx. 10km from Novi Vinodolski, but very quiet!

The landlady was very nice and helpful, always approachable. However, the accommodation was unfortunately not suitable for 6 people, a maximum of 3 would be perfect. Everything was very old and the bathroom really left a lot to be desired. Ideal for hiking, cycling, but going to the sea was very exhausting. The pool is not at the house but is separate across from another house.
