The residence is popular also because of the view from the property into the valley and its quiet, sunny location. Available for exclusive use: barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture.

Grižane. The holiday home is situated on a 1500 sqm open garden plot with meadow, flowers, and trees. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is a 200-year-old farmhouse. The 1500 sqm plot with meadow and trees is located opposite the house. Access is via a side road. Parking (for 8 cars) on the property.

Crikvenica: Tennis, mini golf, fishing, diving, water sports opportunities, boat rental, mooring each 4 km. Dog beach 5 km.

The entrance to your holiday home leads via an external staircase and the terrace directly into the anteroom. Entrance to each bedroom and the kitchen is via the corridor (terrace).

Kitchen with gas stove (2 burners), electric stove (2 hotplates), oven, refrigerator (120 l, freezer compartment), coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin, toilet and window. Separate WC with 1 washbasin and toilet.
1st floor: 4 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.
