The holiday home, built in 2008 is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture. Home trainer.

Grižane. The holiday home is located on a 900 sqm, closed garden plot. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: cot, internet access (WLAN), iron, ironing board and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (3,65 m x 5,8 m, depth 1,5 m, for exclusive use). The pool facility can be used from the end of May to the beginning of September.

Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 sink, WC and window.

The house owner is super friendly and came every day to clean the pool very early in the morning without being intrusive and noticeable.
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is the place for you.
On the property there is a private parking lot with electric. Gate, totally practical.
Everything you need every day is available in the house.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this wonderful, fully equipped and air-conditioned holiday home. The house and property are very well maintained, the pool is always clean. Together with the great terrace, which provides shade in the midday heat, the sitting area with barbecue and the rest of the really large enclosed property, this holiday home is worth every penny. Deserves 5 stars

Very nice u. Unobtrusive owner. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures. Those looking for absolute quiet is right here. It is everything (pool, garden) lovingly cared for without you knowing anything. We were very happy u. Can only recommend it.
