The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Novi Vinodolski, district Povile. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday apartment KVA NOV 230 (5 people) is located in the same house. Access is via a side road. Parking on the property.
