The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For sole use are available: parasol, grill possibility, terrace, pavilion and garden furniture.

Novi Vinodolski, district Povile. The holiday apartement is located on a 600 sqm garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Apartment KVA NOV 230 (5 persons) is located in the same house. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot on the property.
