The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building and is modernly furnished. The property is situated on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet, sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and courtyard.

Mošćenička Draga. The holiday apartment is located on a 680 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. In the same house, there are holiday rooms KVA MOS 007 (3 people) and KVA MOS 008 (3 people) and holiday apartment KVA MOS 005 (4 people). Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.
