Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (2 flames), electric stove (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

The owner are very friendly, nice people. The apartment is in a top condition. The entire property is beautiful and well maintained with a view to the sea. Very quiet location. The house is a little high, but which also allows a great view.
