The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. In the same house, there are holiday rooms KVA MOS 007 (3 people) and KVA MOS 008 (3 people) and holiday apartment KVA MOS 006 (8 people). Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.

Kitchenette in the living room with air conditioning, gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and toilet.

The owner are very friendly, nice people. The apartment is in a top condition. The entire property is beautiful and well maintained with a view to the sea. Very quiet location. The house is a little high, but which also allows a great view.
