The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Lovran. The holiday flat is situated on a 1020 sqm enclosed property. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Holiday flats KVA LOV 099 (2 persons), KVA LOV 102 (2 persons) and KVA LOV 103 (2 persons) are located in the same house. Access is via a (asphalted) road. Parking on the property.

Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with electric cooker (ceramic hob, 4 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with bathtub, 1 washbasin and WC.

We had the 3-bedroom apartment and the pool was right in front of our terrace, which was wonderful for children and adults, everyone got their money's worth.
The view was gigantic, it was super quiet, everyone was very friendly and the other holiday guests were also very nice.
We were warmly welcomed, looked after and bid farewell. We would love to come back.

A very nicely and thoughtfully equipped apartment in a beautiful mountain location. Everything was very clean and the landlords were friendly and caring. Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family. 100% recommendation.
