Lovran. The holiday flat is located on a 1200 sqm enclosed garden and woodland plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road or directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking in a carport and on the property.
