Description

The detached holiday home is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet location. Available for use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Mali Lošinj. The holiday home is located on an enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, and trees, bordered by a wall. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

allowed, EUR 5.00/pet per day.

Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed, access to the balcony (garden furniture), and sea view. Bedroom with 2 single beds. 2 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin, and WC.
Attic: Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the balcony.

Included in the price: air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, bed linen (first usage).

There is a nice big pergola to sit outside.
The way to a beautiful little bay is only a 7 min walk.
Small harbour with bar and 2 restaurants 5 min away.
Nice balconies with great views.
Good bakery 5 min walk.
