The holiday flat is located in a semi-detached house built in 1979, was renovated in 2023 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area in the village centre. The residence is also popular because of the view of the sea from the property and its sunny location. The following are available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and a campfire area.

Location
Malinska. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord only occasionally lives in the house but uses a separate entrance. There are 2 holiday apartments of the same type in the house. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning. Cot, internet access (Wi-Fi) and safe. Television reception via satellite.

not allowed.

Shopping 300 m, restaurant 400 m, town centre 200 m. For a relaxing holiday, a car is not necessary. The nearest public transport stop is 400 m away. Railway station in Rijeka 42 km. In summer: Adriatic coast 300 m in Malinska (beach 550 m in Malinska with pebbles and bathing platforms). Malinska: water sports 1300 m, dog beach 1.6 km and fishing, boat rental, boat mooring each 500 m. Jet ski and paragliding 1300 m, boat trip 600 m.

and leads up 15 steps and an external staircase directly into the hallway with wardrobe and doors to all rooms. Living/bedroom (not heated) with 2 extra beds on bed (small 2.00 x 0.90 m), TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (10 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Bedroom (not heated) with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living/bedroom (not heated) with gas cooker (2 burners), electric cooker (2 hobs), oven, extractor hood, fridge and coffee machine. Bathroom (not heated) with bathtub with shower attachment, 1 washbasin and WC.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a spacious balcony that stays shaded until late afternoon. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. The owners are very friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. Communication with them was easy and pleasant, and they offered assistance whenever needed. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again.
