The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Two types of apartments KVA KRK 064 (2 people), KRK MAL 463 (4 people), vacation KVA KRK 065 (2 people) are in the same house. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Living room with sitting area, TV, dining area (2 seats) and access to the terrace (6 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs, parasol). Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen in the living room / bedroom with dining area (2 seats), electric stove (induction cooker, 2 plates), fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 sink and WC.
