Cooking nook in the dining room (10 sqm) with (2 flames), fridge and coffee machine. Bathroom (9 sqm) with shower, 1 sink and WC.

The wonderful sea and beaches for every taste are close by, as well as two supermarkets. Terrace in front of the entrance with table, chairs and parasol, spectacular view from the terrace. Blinds on windows and doors against the sun and air conditioning allow you to survive the heat, insect nets are also useful.
