Description

The holiday apartment is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2014, and is furnished in a modern and typical local style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location by the water. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Location
Šilo. The holiday apartment is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The house is located in the town of Šilo, only 50 m from the sea. The house has two apartments. The apartment on the 1st floor can accommodate up to 7 people. A lovely balcony and a barbecue are also available to guests. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are included in the price. Pets are allowed and are charged extra. Guests have a parking space in the courtyard at their disposal. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 4 cars) on the property.

The entrance to your holiday flat is on the 1st floor
and leads via an external staircase directly into the hallway with doors to all rooms. Living room (20 sqm) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, seating area, TV, dining area (6 seats) and access to the balcony (15 sqm, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). 2 bedrooms each (20 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (20 sqm) with 1 double bed and access to the balcony. Kitchen with dining area (4 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment) and coffee machine. Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window. Separate WC (5 sqm) with 1 washbasin, WC and window.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.

Super Beautiful view, nice owner, very rude waiters in the restaurants, very nice beach, great for families that otherwise is not much on offer here.
