Šilo. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm open garden plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The house is located in Šilo, 100 m from the sea. This beautiful, newly renovated stone house offers a luxurious holiday near the sea. The house and the apartment are very well maintained and modernly furnished. The apartment (100 sqm) extends over two floors and can accommodate up to 7 people. The apartment is nicely furnished and fully equipped. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, a large and fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area. The house has 2 balconies with beautiful sea views. Internet is available. The apartment has two air conditioning units. Guests have access to a parking space. The old stone house has been renovated and modernised. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 150 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
