The holiday apartment built in 1960, renovated in 2008 and is rustic furnished. The property is located in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For use are available: parasol and grill possibility.

Šilo. The holiday apartement is located on a 400 sqm garden plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The old stone house was renovated and modern. The access goes via a side road (rubble or gravel, length 150 m). Parking lot (for 3 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine. TV reception takes place via satellite.

Nearby Dobrinj, Museum are 5 km, Vrbnik, Crikvenica and the cave Biserujka, 6 km. Malinska 17 km, Krk 25 km, Rijeka 55 km, Omisalj Airport 20 km, mud 5 km away.
In the area there are 60 km hiking - and bike paths.In summer: Adriatic Sea 150 m in Šilo (beach 150 m in Šilo with gravel). horse riding in Njivice 20 km. boat launch in Silo 800 m. Šilo: boat rental 100 m, fishing 200 m and tennis, diving each 900 m.

Upper floor: Bedroom (11 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (10 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bedroom (14 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed and access to the balcony (8 sqm, garden furniture). Bathroom (10 sqm) with bathtub, washing machine, 1 sink, WC, bidet and window.
Top floor: Eat-in kitchen (34 sqm) with TV and access to the terrace (30 sqm, garden furniture). Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dining area (6 seats), electric stove, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
