The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house and is in the typical country style furnished. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. Šilo. The holiday apartement is located on a garden plot with flowers and bushes. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: air conditioner. There is no heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.

Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen with dining area (5 seats), access to the balcony, electric stove (ceramic hob, 2 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window. Separate toilet with 1 sink and WC.

A beautiful, well maintained property in a great location with a beautiful view, but with only 2 electric hotplates (2 gas hobs without function) without permission of the outdoor grill and shared with nighttime sleep disturbance created by the open air nightclub on the opposite bank.
