Punat. The holiday apartement is located on a 850 sqm, closed plot with meadow, flowers and bushes. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. Holiday KRK PUN 001 (4 persons) located in the same building. The access goes via a side road. Parking lot (for 4 cars) on the property.

Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1.55 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Kitchen with dining area, access to the balcony, gas stove (3 flames), electric stove (1 plate), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.

very clean place to stay, everything was ok, it was nice holiday

While overall a great home for many people, but pretty run down and not renovated (bathroom moldy, kitchen dilapidated beds collapse ...), you will be encouraged to be VERY quiet, which with four children on board at times simply not unfortunately designed, location is good!
