The holiday apartment is located in a detached house, renovated in 2016 and is modern furnished. The property is located in a residential area, in the center. The domicile is also popular because of the view over the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny location at the water. For exclusive use are available: sun lounger, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture and court.

Location
Njivice. The holiday apartement is located on a closed garden plot with flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The holiday apartment is the right choice for everyone who wants to spend their holiday in a relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot in the carport.

air conditioner, central heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN) and washing machine.

Living room (walk-through room) with 2 extra beds on double sofa bed, sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (17 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 1 sun lounger). Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed and access to the terrace (12 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs). Kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with gas stove (4 flames), oven, extractor hood, fridge (icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with with shower facility, 1 sink, WC and window. Separate toilet with WC.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, dish towels, air conditioning, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, Bed linen (weekly change), parking place (canopied), Wireless Internet access, hand towels (change every 3 days).
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): local tax.
