Njivice. The holiday apartment is located on an open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

Separate WC (6 sqm) with 1 washbasin, WC, window and towel dryer.
2nd floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 2 single beds and access to the terrace (10 sqm, covered). Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bathroom (10 sqm) with shower fittings, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Location and view is great, own parking lot, size of the apartment was ok, separate toilet tiny. Water reachable in 10 minutes downhill. The bakery can also be reached within 10 minutes.
The landlady cannot say hello, nor can they clean, items from previous tenants are still in cupboards (e.g. old toothbrushes), cobwebs everywhere, kettle sieves dirty, all the stale dirt around the sink.
