Separate WC (6 sqm) with 1 washbasin, WC, window and towel dryer.
2nd floor: Bedroom (15 sqm) with 2 single beds and access to the terrace (10 sqm, covered). Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed. Bathroom (10 sqm) with shower fittings, washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, Bed linen (weekly change), hand towels (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).

Good spatial design.
Beautiful good sea view.

Location and view is great, own parking lot, size of the apartment was ok, separate toilet tiny. Water reachable in 10 minutes downhill. The bakery can also be reached within 10 minutes.
The landlady cannot say hello, nor can they clean, items from previous tenants are still in cupboards (e.g. old toothbrushes), cobwebs everywhere, kettle sieves dirty, all the stale dirt around the sink.
