Built in 1999 and renovated in 2010, the holiday home is a semi-detached house and is modern and functional. The property is located in a holiday home settlement, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn for sunbathing, sunshade, deck chair, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, and garden furniture.

Location
Malinska, 16 m a.s.l. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bounded by a fence. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally, but uses a separate entrance. Smoking permitted. The ideal house for two families with a swimming pool on one level to the beach. It accommodates 8-10 people. It consists of two identical apartments that share a common courtyard, pavilion and pool. On each floor there is a comfortable apartment for 4-5 people with a balcony, spacious living room with kitchen and extra bed on the sofa, 2 bedrooms with double beds, bathroom with shower and utility room with washing machine. Use of the air conditioning is included in the price, pets are not allowed, parking is secured. View: garden. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 5 m). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.
