The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house built in 1980, renovated in 2010, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a holiday home settlement, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular because of its sunny location. Available for shared use are: children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday flat is situated on a 1000 sqm open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 6 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning. There is no heating. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and ironing board. Television reception via satellite.

Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to early October 4 m x 10.30 m 1.5 m deep).

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 300 m, town centre 1000 m. Pharmacy, bank each 1000 m in Malinska. Airport in Omisalj 6 km. Main road 800 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 400 m in Malinska (beach 450 m in Malinska with stones, rocks and bathing platforms). Malinska: dog beach 2 km, diving 500 m and boat rental 800 m.

Kitchen (3 sq m, connecting room) with gas hob (4 burners), oven, fridge (300 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (4 sq m, unheated) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hair dryer and window.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: Outdoor pool, internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, laundry package (hand towels, bath towel), bed linen (first usage), Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 11 € per person per stay.
