The holiday apartment is located in a semi-detached house, built in 1980, renovated in 2010 and is functional furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a holiday home area, on the outskirts. The domicile is also popular because of the sunny location. For common use are available: children's playground, swing, grill possibility, terrace and garden furniture.

Malinska. The holiday apartement is located on a 1000 sqm, open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking lot (for 6 cars) on the property.

air conditioner. There is no heating. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 10,30 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Kitchen (3 sqm, walk-through room) with gas stove (4 flames), oven, fridge (300 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (4 sqm, not heatable) with shower, 1 sink, WC and window.
