The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house, was renovated in 2005, and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property of the panorama and the sunny location. Available for shared use are: barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Malinska, district of Bogovići. The holiday apartment is located on a 600 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchen in the living room (walk-through room) with TV, gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom (7 sqm, unheated) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet and window.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen, hand towels, Wi‑Fi (WLAN).
