The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the sea and its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Krk, 20 m above sea level. The holiday apartment is located on an 800 sqm enclosed garden property with flowers, shrubs, and trees. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 7 cars) in the garage and on the property. Garaža na upit.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 15.00/pet per day.

Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed. Kitchenette in the living kitchen (5 sqm) with (5 seats), gas stove (2 burners), electric stove (2 plates), oven, refrigerator (80 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and access to the terrace. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
