The holiday apartment is located in a standig individually detached house and is functional furnished. The property is located at the end of a dead end, in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property. For use are available: grill possibility.

Krk. The holiday apartement is located on a open plot. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 1 car) on the property.

air conditioner. Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite.
Pool
Outdoor pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1,5 m, for common use). The pool facility can be used from the beginning of May to the beginning of October.

Living/bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, sitting area, TV, dining area (4 seats) and access to the balcony (15 sqm, covered, garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric stove (4 plates), extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle. Hallway (8 sqm). Bathroom (5 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, hairdryer and window.

Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 2,50 € per person per stay. additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay (01.05.24-22.06.24, 07.09.24-01.10.24), local tax.
Costs on the spot: On request: air conditioning 7 € per object per day.
