Malinska, district Soline. The holiday apartement is located on a open garden plot with flowers and trees. The landlord lives only temporarily in the house. In the same house holiday apartment KRK DOB 048, KRK DOB 049, KRK DOB 050 and KRK DOB 051 are (5 persons each). The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 10 cars) on the property.

Cooking nook in the living room with access to the balcony, electric stove (4 plates), oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee machine. 2 bathrooms each (5 sqm) with shower, 1 sink, WC, bidet, hairdryer and window.

Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen, Wireless Internet access.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): additonal fee for short-term stays (less than 4 nights) obligatory 30% per stay. local tax.
Costs on the spot: Obligatory: registration fee 4 € per person per stay. On request: baby cot (please order at booking) 5 € per bed per day.

Close to the beach, bright and friendly and modern decor, the bathrooms and the bedrooms were a unit but with separate door

Clean and very nice owners! The place is a bit out of the way ... on foot 100 m to z water ... a small minus are the sharp stones on the beach!
