Location:Hungary, Balatonlelle. The suitable equipped holiday apartment (renovated in 2010) is located in one one-family house, in a residential area and In has peaceful and sunny location. The access goes on a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property (for 4 cars).
The holiday apartment is surrounded by 1000 sqm large, enclosed garden property with meadow, trees, flowers and bushes. The owner lives in a separate building on the same property. To collective use available: sandpit, sunbathing area, parasols, garden furniture, hollywood-swing, barbecue possibilities, campfire place and pavillon. Table tennis.
Your holiday flat: 3 rooms (therefrom 3 bedrooms), 70 sqm, 6-7 persons. Entrance on the upper floor, through the external stairs into breakfast kitchen.
Kitchen living with dinette (6-7 places), tv (Television available by satellite) , dvd and access to the balcony (8 sqm, garden furniture).
Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. American kitchen with electric cooker, oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, refrigerator (icebox) and coffee machine.
Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and washing machine.
Other bathroom with bathtub with shower facilities, 1 washbasin and WC.

The Balaton and its surroundings are Hungary's most popular holiday area. The story of its past is told by its heritage such as the ruins of the 13th-century Rádpuszta church, the late-Baroque St Donatus chapel, the mansions and manors. Among its natural treasures the park of the Szalay Manor (udvarház) and the fishpond system of Irma Puszta are noteworthy.
