The holiday complex comprises the majority of the Katoro holiday settlement. Due to its optimal location - close to the Adriatic Sea - a holiday complex, several sports centres, and hotels have been established here. Parking (for 1 car) on the property.

The house 59 was the last house on the outskirts of the resort (see map) and was only about 15 m from a very busy main road which led from Umag to Savudrija away. It had a very high noise levels. The window shutters and sun protection jammed heavily or not at all went.

The system is absolutely recommendable, only the apartments are very simply furnished.
