The place is very quiet and yet very central. Laundry, bakery, restaurants, ice cream parlor, small shops and fruit stands, everything is nearby and can be reached on foot. So you don't need a car during your vacation unless you want to see other places. The large garden is beautifully landscaped with lots of fruit trees, is not visible to neighbors and is fenced in.

Sanitary is to urgently renew, sofa beds and should be replaced penetrate, otherwise great big fenced, ideal for dog owners! Dog beach is minutes between the campsite and the Luna Park (Port) walk from the house about 20!
